Our Warranty on lamp/bulbs is 120 Days from time of purchase.
Please notify Us before sending any items back for warranty issues.

When We receive SAME lamp back.
We will check it and send out another lamp at no charge.
(all lamps have serial#)
Shipping cost for lamps back to us is paid by customer.
Warranty for product exchange only !
Anys orders returned for money back will be subject to 20% restocking
charge. (not included shipping/handling fees)
Weak ventilation will reduce lamp life!
If your TV is popping lamps or having short lamp life.
Keep in mind No warranty will keep giving you free lamps !
YOU MAY HAVE OTHER PROBLEMS. (ballast or ventilation most likely)
